We love a good proposal story, it gives us all the fuzzies.

Being recently engaged myself (woohoo) I thought why not share my proposal story with you!
-
So, I got home from work one evening where I was greeted at the door by my love, cup of tea for me in hand. A little unusual I'll admit but not unheard of.
He gave me a nice cuddle and kiss and directed my attention to a note on the dining table.
It read " Welcome home my darling, let the games begin! A treasure hunt around the house starting in the elephant tin." (Our tea tin, fyi).
What fun! He'd never done anything like this before and I enjoy a good riddle so I got stuck in!
I went from one carefully selected hiding place to another until I came to the final clue. Hidden in the coffee jar was a note that read "I love you my darling, it is plain to see. So my final question to you is: will you marry me?"
I turned around to find him on one knee with this stunner of a ring!
And of course I said YES!!
I was so shocked I couldn't really take it in.

My ring is just gorgeous.
He told me that he had spent a good few months finding the right one for me.
Of course he approached a company that cares for the environment which makes it all the more special.
The band is recycled rose gold and the diamonds are ethically sourced.
I can honestly say I couldn't have chosen better.
I'm an incredibly lucky human. ❤️
